relating to education; eliminating the teacher contract deadline and penalty;
repealing Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 123B.05.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

    Section 1. REPEALER.
Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 123B.05, is repealed.
