1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TRUNK HIGHWAY 14 APPROPRIATION.
1.6$164,000,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the trunk
1.7highway fund for fiscal year 2012, for construction or reconstruction of marked Trunk
1.8Highway 14 as a four-lane divided highway, from the interchange with marked Interstate
1.9Highway 35 near the city of Owatonna to the point near the city of Dodge Center at
1.10which marked Trunk Highway 14 constitutes a four-lane divided highway, located
1.11southeast of the intersection with marked Trunk Highway 56. Notwithstanding Minnesota
1.12Statutes, section 16A.28, this appropriation is available for five years following the year of
1.13appropriation.
1.14EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011.
