1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. COOK COUNTY HIGHER EDUCATION BOARD.
1.6$40,000 in fiscal year 2012 and $40,000 in fiscal year 2013 are appropriated from the
1.7general fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for
1.8the Cook County Higher Education Board to provide educational programs and academic
1.9support services. This appropriation is added to the base for fiscal year 2014 and later.
