1.2relating to education finance; permitting Independent School District No. 199,
1.3Inver Grove Heights, to participate in the alternative facilities revenue program;
1.4amending Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 1999, chapter 241, article 4, section 25, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 4. Independent School District No. 199, Inver Grove Heights. Independent
1.9School District No. 199, Inver Grove Heights, is eligible for the alternative facilities
1.10revenue program under Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.59, for the purposes of financing
1.11school facilities improvements in the district.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for revenue for fiscal year 2014
1.13and later.
