1.3District No. 2142, St. Louis County, to hold board meetings outside the district.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT NO. 2142, ST. LOUIS
1.6COUNTY; MEETINGS.
1.7The school board of Independent School District No. 2142, St. Louis County, may
1.8hold its meetings at the district's administrative office in Virginia, Minnesota, or at a
1.9location outside the boundaries of the school district, if the location is convenient to
1.10a majority of the school board members and residents of the district and notice of the
1.11location is provided as required in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 13D.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2014.
