1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$200,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of public safety for grants to sexual assault advocacy programs for sexual
1.8violence community prevention networks. For purposes of this section, "sexual assault"
1.9means a violation of Minnesota Statutes, sections 609.342 to 609.3453. This appropriation
1.10is added to the base.
