1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATIONS; FLOODWOOD REST AREA.
1.6(a) $40,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2015 from the trunk highway fund to the
1.7commissioner of transportation for a grant to the city of Floodwood for maintenance,
1.8preservation, and administration of the Floodwood rest area on marked U.S. Highway 2.
1.9(b) The base appropriation for fiscal years 2016 and 2017 is $40,000 each year.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2014.
