1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; LAKE EMILY DAM.
1.5$50,000 in fiscal year 2015 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.6of natural resources for a study of the effects of the Lake Emily dam in Crow Wing County
1.7on water clarity and water levels in Lake Emily, Lake Mary, and the Little Pine River.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
