1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. ROCHESTER COMMUNITY AND TECHNICAL COLLEGE; ART
1.7HALL RENOVATION AND POSTDEMOLITION DESIGN OF PLAZA AND
1.8MEMORIAL HALLS.
1.9 Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $1,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds
1.10fund to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities for design
1.11and preliminary relocations in 2014 for Art Hall renovation and postdemolition of Plaza
1.12and Memorial Halls at Rochester Community Technical College.
1.13 Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated in this section from the
1.14bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue
1.15bonds of the state in an amount up to $1,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with
1.16the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the
1.17Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
1.18EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
