1.3MFIP family cap;amending Laws 2013, chapter 108, article 3, section 48.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Laws 2013, chapter 108, article 3, section 48, is amended to read:
1.6 Sec. 48. REPEALER.
1.7(a) Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256J.24, subdivision 6, is repealedJanuary
1.8 July 1,2015 2014.
1.9(b) Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 609.093, is repealed effective the day following
1.10final enactment.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2014.
