1.2relating to health insurance; requiring a report of the number of uninsured
1.3enrolling through MNsure.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. REPORT ON MNSURE ENROLLMENT OF UNINSURED.
1.6MNsure, in consultation with the commissioners of human services, commerce, and
1.7health, shall determine the number of individuals and families who through MNsure have
1.8enrolled in a qualified health plan, medical assistance, or MinnesotaCare by March 31,
1.92014, and did not have health coverage prior to enrollment. MNsure shall submit a report
1.10to the legislature by October 1, 2014, specifying the number of individuals and families
1.11who are now insured and whether these individuals and families enrolled in a qualified
1.12health plan, medical assistance, or MinnesotaCare.
