1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.7Laws 2013, chapter 128, article 1, sections 1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; and 7, are repealed.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
