1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; ATV TRAIL GRANT; LAKE COUNTY.
1.6$100,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the all-terrain vehicle account
1.7in the natural resources fund to the commissioner of the Iron Range Resources and
1.8Rehabilitation Board for a grant to Lake County for completion of the Lake County
1.9Regional ATV Trail. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until spent.
1.3in Lake County.
