1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. MINNESOTA STATE COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES FACULTY
1.6COMPENSATION.
1.7For the biennium ending June 30, 2013, the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota
1.8State Colleges and Universities may not base compensation for full-time faculty solely
1.9on seniority. Compensation during that period must be based on other additional factors,
1.10including performance.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
