1.2relating to human services; clarifying services in the medical assistance program;
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, by adding a subdivision.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section. 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, is amended by adding a
1.6subdivision to read:
1.7 Subd. 32a. Durable medical equipment, prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies. For
1.8the purposes of this chapter, medical assistance coverage of durable medical equipment,
1.9prosthetics, orthotics, and supplies in subdivisions 12, 31, 31a, and 32, is not included in
1.10basic care services.
1.3amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, by adding a subdivision.
