1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. [116J.681] SMALL BUSINESS ADVOCATE.
1.7A small business advocate office is established in the Bureau of Business Services
1.8to provide one-stop access for small businesses in need of information or assistance in
1.9obtaining or renewing licenses, meeting state regulatory requirements, or resolving
1.10disputes with state agencies. The department shall not increase its full-time equivalent
1.11staff complement to administer this section.
