1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; UNITED FAMILY MEDICINE RESIDENCY
1.6PROGRAM.
1.7$116,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $116,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
1.8the general fund to the Minnesota Office of Higher Education for the purpose of the United
1.9Family Medicine residency program. This appropriation is in addition to the appropriations
1.10made in Laws 2013, chapter 99, article 1, section 3, subdivision 15, for the same purpose.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective retroactively from July 1, 2013.
