CHAPTER 189--S.F.No. 2360

An act

relating to health; amending health professional education loan
forgiveness program requirements;amending Laws 2011, First Special Session
chapter 9, article 2, section 30.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

    Section 1. Laws 2011, First Special Session chapter 9, article 2, section 30, is amended
to read:
    Sec. 30. EFFECTIVE DATE.
This article is effective the day following final enactment. Section 14 relating to
the health professional education loan forgiveness program applies to applications for the
program submitted on or after that date.
