1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 340A.504, subdivision 4, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subd. 4. Intoxicating liquor; off-sale. No sale of intoxicating liquor may be made
1.8by an off-sale licensee:
1.9(1) on Sundays;
1.10(2) before 8:00 a.m. or after 10:00 p.m. on Monday through Saturday; Sunday.
1.11(3) on Thanksgiving Day;
1.12(4) on Christmas Day, December 25; or
1.13(5) after 8:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve, December 24.
1.14EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
