1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 473.121, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 2. Metropolitan area or area. "Metropolitan area" or "area" means the area
1.7over which the Metropolitan Council has jurisdiction, including only the counties of
1.8Anoka; Carver excluding the city of Norwood Young America; Dakota excluding the city
1.9of Northfield; Hennepin excluding the cities of Hanover and Rockford; Ramsey; Scott
1.10excluding the city of New Prague; and Washington.
