1.2relating to ambulance services; limiting liability for nongovernmental licensees;

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [144E.20] LIABILITY LIMITS OF NONGOVERNMENTAL
1.6LICENSEES AND MEDICAL DIRECTORS.
1.7(a) A licensee that is not a unit of government is subject to the same liability limits
1.8under chapter 466 as a licensee that is a unit of government.
1.9(b) The medical director of a licensed ambulance service and the medical director's
1.10designee are subject to the same liability limits under chapter 466 as a licensee that is a
1.11unit of government.
1.3proposing coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 144E.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
