1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 84.8712, subdivision 1, is amended to read:
1.6 Subdivision 1. Prohibition. A person may not use a snowmobile with metal traction
1.7devices on a paved public trail, except as otherwise provided that is designated closed to
1.8such use by a local government with jurisdiction overa the trail or on a paved state trail or
1.9any portion of a paved state trail that is designated closed to such use by the commissioner.
