1.2relating to human services; prohibiting medical assistance coverage for reparative
1.3therapy;amending Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, by adding a

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 256B.0625, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 5m. Reparative therapy. Reparative or conversion therapy is not covered.
1.9For purposes of this subdivision, "reparative or conversion therapy" means treatment
1.10aimed at changing or altering a recipient's sexual orientation.
