1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 469.191, is amended to read:
1.7469.191 CONTRIBUTIONS TO REGIONAL OR LOCAL ORGANIZATIONS.
1.8A home rule or statutory city or town described in section368.01, subdivision 1 or
1.91a, may appropriatenot more than $50,000 annually funds out of the general revenue fund
1.10of the jurisdiction to be paid to any incorporated development society or organization
1.11of this state for promoting, advertising, improving, or developing the economic and
1.12agricultural resources of the city or town.
