1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. LAKE ZUMBRO RESTORATION; OLMSTED COUNTY.
1.6$10,000,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the
1.7Board of Water and Soil Resources for a grant to Olmsted County to restore Lake Zumbro.
1.8 Sec. 2. SCHMIDT LAKE; CITY OF PLYMOUTH.
1.9$485,000 in fiscal year 2012 is appropriated from the clean water fund to the Board
1.10of Water and Soil Resources for a grant to the city of Plymouth to restore Schmidt Lake.
