1.4amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 272.0211, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 272.0211, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 5. Limitation. This section applies only to an electric power generation
1.9facility that was eligible for the exclusion under this section for taxes payable in 2014.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for taxes payable in 2014 and
1.11thereafter.
