1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 86B.315, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 2. Night skiing or towing prohibited. A person may not be towed or operate
1.7a watercraft towing a person on water skis, an aquaplane, a surfboard, a saucer, or another
1.8device on waters of this state fromone hour after sunset to sunrise of the following day.
