1.2relating to state lands; authorizing public sale of certain tax-forfeited land that

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. PUBLIC SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND BORDERING PUBLIC
1.6WATER; CARLTON COUNTY.
1.7(a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1,
1.8Carlton County may sell the tax-forfeited land bordering public water that is described in
1.9paragraph (c), under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282.
1.10(b) The conveyances must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The
1.11attorney general may make changes to the land descriptions to correct errors and ensure
1.12accuracy.
1.13(c) The lands to be sold are located in Carlton County and are described as:
1.14(1) the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section 6, Township 49 North,
