1.3crossing.1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; MANNING AVENUE TRAIL CROSSING.
1.6$1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2014 from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of natural resources for a grant to Washington County to design and construct
1.8a grade separation at Manning Avenue to provide a crossing for Brown's Creek Trail.
