1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$10,000,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2013 from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of employment and economic development for the Minnesota investment
1.8fund under Minnesota Statutes, section 116J.8731. This is a onetime appropriation and
1.9available until spent.
