1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. TRAFFIC-CONTROL SIGNAL INSTALLATION.
1.6Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 169.06, subdivisions 1 and 2, by
1.7December 31, 2013, the commissioner of transportation shall place and maintain four-way
1.8traffic-control signals at the intersection of marked Trunk Highway 53 and Hat Trick
1.9Avenue in the city of Eveleth.
1.10 Sec. 2. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.11This act is effective the day following final enactment.
