1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.5$170,000 in fiscal year 2013 and $100,000 in fiscal year 2014 are appropriated from
1.6the general fund to the Pollution Control Agency to be transferred to the commissioner
1.7of health to conduct a follow-up study that measures changes in the perfluorochemical
1.8levels in the east metropolitan communities of Lake Elmo, Oakdale, and Cottage Grove.
1.9This is a onetime appropriation.
