1.3Area; amending Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97B.647, subdivision 3.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 97B.647, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
1.6 Subd. 3. Open areas. The commissioner may by rule designate areas where wolves
1.7may be taken, except that wolves may not be taken in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area,
1.8as defined under section 84.523.
