1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. SOUTHERN AND SOUTHWESTERN MINNESOTA INITIATIVE
1.6FOUNDATION COLLABORATIVE PILOT PROJECT; APPROPRIATION.
1.7$200,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.8from the general fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development
1.9for a grant to develop and implement a southern and southwestern Minnesota initiative
1.10foundation collaborative pilot project. Funds available under this section must be used to
1.11support and develop entrepreneurs in diverse populations in southern and southwestern
1.12Minnesota. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until expended.
