1.3Qui Parle Lake in Chippewa County.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. LAC QUI PARLE LAKE PUBLIC WATER ACCESS SITE;
1.6APPROPRIATION.
1.7$5,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
1.8of natural resources to improve the public water access site on Lac Qui Parle Lake in
1.9Chippewa County. The commissioner of natural resources shall maintain year-round road
1.10access to the site, in cooperation with Appleton Township and Kragero Township, via the
1.11Appleton Township Road in Swift County and Kragero Township Road in Chippewa
1.12County, known as 220th Avenue SW, which runs from the intersection with marked Trunk
1.13Highway 119 south of Appleton to a terminus near Lac Qui Parle Lake in Chippewa County.
