1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 490.121, subdivision 21d, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subd. 21d. Mandatory retirement date. "Mandatory retirement date" means the
1.8last day of the month in which a judge has attained70 72 years of age.
