1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$75,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $75,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
1.7the general fund to the commissioner of transportation for grants to greater Minnesota
1.8transit providers as reimbursement for the costs of providing fixed route public transit
1.9rides free of charge under Minnesota Statutes, section 174.24, subdivision 7, for veterans
1.10certified as disabled.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2013.
