1.2relating to veterans; appropriating money for a matching grant to be used for
1.3improvements at the Disabled Veterans Rest Camp on Big Marine Lake in
1.4Washington County.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. DISABLED VETERANS REST CAMP; APPROPRIATION.
1.7$....... is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of administration
1.8in fiscal year 2012 for a grant to the Disabled Veterans Rest Camp located on Big Marine
1.9Lake in Washington County for the purpose of making capital improvements related to
1.10the health and safety of the veterans and families who use the camp. The grant must be
1.11matched by contributions from nongovernmental private sources. The commissioner
1.12shall make portions of the grant provided in this section available in $....... increments
1.13whenever matching contributions in those amounts are obtained from nongovernmental
1.14private sources. This is a onetime appropriation, available until expended.
1.15EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2011.
