1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. CAPITATION RATE INCREASE LIMITATION.
1.6Capitation rates paid to managed care plans and county-based purchasing plans
1.7under Minnesota Statutes, sections 256B.69, 256B.692, and 256L.12, for services
1.8rendered on or after July 1, 2011, shall be based on the per-member per-month rate
1.9in effect on December 31, 2010.
