1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION FOR THE COMMISSION SERVING DEAF AND
1.6HARD-OF-HEARING PEOPLE.
1.7$500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $800,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.8from the Department of Commerce telecommunications access Minnesota fund to the
1.9commissioner of human services to supplement the ongoing operational expenses of the
1.10Minnesota Commission Serving Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing People. The appropriation in
1.11fiscal year 2015 becomes part of base level funding for the commission.
