1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. NORTHWESTERN ONLINE COLLEGE IN THE HIGH SCHOOL
1.7PROGRAM.
1.8For fiscal years 2014 and 2015 only, the Northwestern Online College in the
1.9High School program is eligible for $80,000 each year for distance Minnesota services,
1.10leadership and program management, course development, and course support.
1.11 Sec. 2. APPROPRIATIONS.
1.12 Subdivision 1. Department of Education. The sums indicated in this section
1.13are appropriated from the general fund to the Department of Education for the fiscal
1.14year designated.
1.15 Subd. 2. Northwestern Online College in the High School program. For the
1.16Northwestern Online College in the High School program under section 1:
1.19Any balance from the first year may carry forward into the second year.
1.20The base for fiscal year 2016 and later is $0.
