1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. COUNTY ROAD 42 AND MARKED TRUNK HIGHWAY 52
1.7INTERCHANGE; APPROPRIATION.
1.8$25,000,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds fund to the commissioner
1.9of transportation for environmental studies, engineering, real property acquisition, and
1.10reconstruction of the interchange of County Road 42 at marked Trunk Highway 52
1.11in Dakota County.
1.12 Sec. 2. BOND SALE.
1.13To provide the money appropriated in section 1 from the bond proceeds fund, the
1.14commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an
1.15amount up to $25,000,000 in the manner, upon the terms, and with the effect prescribed by
1.16Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution,
1.17article XI, sections 4 to 7.
1.18 Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.19Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
