1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. [325E.085] MOTOR VEHICLE FUEL PAYMENT.
1.6No local unit of government may restrict the sale of motor fuel based upon the
1.7method of purchase agreed to by the seller and purchaser.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
