1.2relating to natural resources; reauthorizing minimum shoreland standard rules.
1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. SHORELAND STANDARD RULES.
1.5The authority to adopt minimum shoreland standard rules required under Laws 2007,
1.6chapter 57, article 1, section 4, subdivision 3, and authorized under Minnesota Statutes,
1.7section 103F.211, is reauthorized and Minnesota Statutes, section 14.125, does not apply
1.8to these rules. The commissioner of natural resources may subsequently amend or repeal
1.9the rules without additional legislative authorization.
