1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2010, chapter 389, article 1, section 12, the effective date, is amended
1.7to read:
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for assessmentyears year 2010 and
1.92011, for taxes payable in 2011 and 2012 thereafter.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for assessment year 2012 and
1.11thereafter.
1.3the homeowner lives off the farm due to flooding;amending Laws 2010, chapter
1.4389, article 1, section 12.
