1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$....... for the biennium ending June 30, 2015, is appropriated from the general fund
1.7to the commissioner of human services for adult mental health grants to support increased
1.8availability of a range of community-based housing options with supports for persons with
1.9serious mental illness that utilize evidence-based practices such as permanent supportive
1.10housing.

1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
