1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; FARM BUSINESS MANAGEMENT
1.6PROGRAMS; MINNESOTA AGRICULTURE EDUCATION LEADERSHIP
1.7COUNCIL.
1.8$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $1,000,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated
1.9from the general fund to the commissioner of agriculture for transfer to the Minnesota
1.10Agriculture Education Leadership Council to contract with member organizations of the
1.11council to provide farm business management programs to Minnesota farmers.
