1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION; VOYAGEURS NATIONAL PARK CLEAN
1.6WATER PROJECT.
1.7$1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2012 from the clean water fund to the
1.8commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Voyageurs
1.9National Park Clean Water Joint Powers Board for the comprehensive wastewater plan to
1.10protect, enhance, and restore water quality in Voyageurs National Park.
