1.3Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 340A.301, subdivision 6c.
1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 340A.301, subdivision 6c, is amended to
1.6read:
1.7 Subd. 6c.Microdistillery fee Microdistilleries. (a) A microdistillery may provide
1.8on its premises samples of distilled spirits manufactured on its premises, in an amount not
1.9to exceed 15 milliliters per variety per person.
1.10(b) The commissioner shall establish a fee for licensing microdistilleries that
1.11adequately covers the cost of issuing the license and other inspection requirements. The
1.12fees shall be deposited in an account in the special revenue fund and are appropriated to
1.13the commissioner for the purposes of this subdivision.
