1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. REPEALER.
1.7Laws 2010, First Special Session chapter 1, article 13, section 6, is repealed.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
